Application Process
Complete Online Application
Undergraduate or Transfer Student; English Language Institute; Exchange/Visiting Student: Complete the undergraduate online application and pay the $45 application fee with a credit card
Application Deadlines:
Fall: May 15
Spring: October 15
Summer: February 15
Graduate Student: Complete the graduate student application
(Graduate Student Applications are processed through the Graduate Admissions office)

Receive Admission Information/Obtain Visa
After our office has received your application, required documents, and fees, you will receive an email informing you of your admission decision or request for further information within approximately 7-10 business days. Admitted students will receive an admission packet with the following:
- Acceptance letter
- Form I-20 (F1) or DS-2019 (J1) – immigration document certifying bet36365体育 admission and to apply for student visa
- Must submit financial affidavit form and bank document before we can issue you a I-20 or DS-2019 form to apply for a student visa
- Pre-Arrival Guide – information guide explaining necessary items to complete before arrival to bet36365体育
Once you receive your admission packet, please complete the following steps to obtain your student visa:
- Complete the I-901 SEVIS fee payment here: http://www.fmjfee.com/#
- Complete the DS-160 online nonimmigrant visa application form here: http://ceac.state.gov/genniv/
- Once you have completed these steps, you can sign up for your visa interview here: http://ceac.state.gov/genniv/
